About the set
The Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents is a comprehensive multi-volume set covering precedents and drafting guidance across a wide range of practice areas, published by LexisNexis. Alongside Atkin's Court Forms, it's one of the two major precedent encyclopaedias found in well-stocked chambers and firm libraries.
A fuller run of volumes is worth most, though partial sets are genuinely still worth valuing.
A set with recent updating service issues included is worth more, but currency isn't essential.
Sound bindings and clean pages matter more than perfection. Ordinary wear is expected, and priced in.
